Are these standard machines I can order?
These are custom projects we have completed for customer-specific requirements, not a stock machine catalogue. Each new line is assessed around its own product, process, existing equipment and production requirements.
What can be customized?
The process sequence, part feeding and positioning, automation level, layout and interfaces with existing equipment are discussed for each project. Feasibility depends on your product and production conditions.
Can you work with our existing mold or injection molding machine?
We can assess integration after reviewing the machine model, mold structure, interfaces and required process. Compatibility needs to be confirmed for the specific equipment.
What do you need to assess a project?
Start with your contact details and a brief description of your product. Samples or drawings, current process, target output and available space can be discussed in the next step.
How do you determine price and performance?
The quotation and performance commitments depend on the agreed product, equipment scope, configuration and test conditions. An example project is not a universal price or capacity specification.
