CUSTOM EQUIPMENT / ROLLING-FILM BLOOD BAG
A custom equipment system for roll-film feeding, heat-transfer printing, component positioning and high-frequency welding, with waste-edge removal and automatic unloading.
QUOTED TECHNICAL TARGETS
Documented line
parameters.
- Equipment envelope
- 7537 × 4003 × 2400 mm
Final size subject to the final equipment. - Utilities
- AC 380/420 V, 50/60 Hz
Compressed air: 0.5–0.7 MPa - Bag-head welding output
- 20 kW
- Welding frequency
- 27.12 MHz ±2%
DOCUMENTED PROCESS SCOPE
Coordinate the film,
the parts and the weld.
Feed and guide the film
Two roll-film feeds, air-expanding shafts, motor drive, deviation correction, buffer rollers and position sensing are described.
Pull and print the film
Clamping and synchronous-belt pulling work with film correction, followed by servo-controlled heat-transfer printing.
Position parts and weld
Tube and accessory feeding, manipulator positioning between the films, pipe-seal and bag head/tail welding, and die-temperature control are described.
Remove waste and unload
Waste-edge tearing and automatic unloading are described, with product routing to a conveyor or collection box.
CONTROL ARCHITECTURE
Parameters you
can monitor.
The quotation describes PLC and touch-screen monitoring, real-time current, pressure and position feedback, upper/lower current alarms, three-level user permissions and storage for 20 parameter sets.
- Welding pressure
- 1000–12000 N, digitally adjustable
- Welding speed
- 1–100 mm/s
- Position repeat accuracy
- ±0.01 mm
- Welding time
- 0.1–5 s
- Current control
- Manual or automatic following; ±0.05 A accuracy
- Listed component options
