INPUTS TO THE LINE

Seven supplied inputs

The proposal starts with pre-cut PVC tubing and supplied components or subassemblies.

Seven component groups are listed for this configuration.

  • Pre-cut long PVC tube
  • Regulator housing
  • Roller
  • Latex bulb
  • Connector
  • Needle set
  • Drip chamber unit

The line receives the needle set and drip chamber unit as supplied subassemblies.

DOCUMENTED LINE FUNCTIONS

The station layout identifies the following functions. It shows the equipment arrangement, not a strict serialized process sequence.

01 / FEED

Component feeding

Vibratory plate feeders present the tube, regulator housing and roller, latex bulb, connector, needle set and drip chamber unit.

02 / TRANSFER

Tube handling and transfer

Manipulator pickup, positioning and assembly devices handle the supplied parts, while a transfer device moves work through the line.

03 / JOIN

Regulator housing and roller assembly

The documented layout identifies the regulator housing and roller feeds alongside the assembly path, plus a gluing station for the set.

04 / CHECK

Testing and discharge

Testing and discharge stations are identified in the layout. Test methods and acceptance limits remain product-specific.

components.

The proposal specifies the following component brands for the line controls and motion system.

Pneumatic components
SMC (Japan)
Servo motors
Panasonic (Japan)
PLC
Keyence (Japan)
Fiber sensors
